"After 3 years of hearings and debates, the Quebec Court of Appeal finally rendered judgment, on April 25, 2022, confirming the authorization of our class action request regarding Bravecto, the product from the pharmaceutical company Merck, Animal Health, awarding the status of representatives to Jessica Gagnon (Snoopy) and to myself, Alla Olenitch (Willy). Although the class action is authorized today for the province of Quebec only, we hope that this is just the beginning and that other provinces and territories could join us. Our lawyers will prepare the adjourned document of the authorized class action and the official publication will be made shortly; we will keep you informed. We would like to thank our lawyers Mre Paule Lafontaine and Mre Robert Eidinger (Eidinger@Associates) for their competence and their confidence in our case, as well as the pet owners in Quebec and the rest of Canada who communicated with us and shared their testimony on the Bravecto side effects. We are now moving on to the debate on the merits during which our testimony as well as that of the experts will be heard. Let's be the voice of our furry companions! " Alla Olenitch
